We're more than happy for you to pop in and have a chat, we're a small team and people always tell us we're a welcoming bunch. We can give you an overview of our frame styles and answer any questions you may have.  

But to give you the best service, we do things a bit differently and there are some things you should know before you come in.

We work like any professional service and offer you an appointment-based service for your convenience and so we can spend the necessary time with you to get it right.

The unique environment we’ve created for clients means if you just pop in you’ll be able to get a sneak preview of the frames. But to do it properly, to show you the full collection and range of styles, and to give you the benefit of our industry-knowledge and professional advice, it’s best to schedule an appointment. There is no charge for your initial eyewear styling consultation. And there is no sales pressure or obligation to buy anything.

By all means, pop in to see us if that’s what you prefer, but if you want to maximise your time and get a truly personalised service take advantage of the free consultation.

Yes! If you’ve recently had an eye test elsewhere, you’re very welcome to bring your prescription to us. We’d love to help you find glasses you actually love — with one-to-one styling and standout frames you won’t find everywhere else. Just make sure your prescription is in date (within 2 years), and we’ll take care of the rest.

Our eye tests will take 45 minutes. The reason we do this is so we can take the time to get to know you and your lifestyle, so that we can give you the right advice and recommendations, and also to allow you time to ask any questions you have. Our tests now include an additional OCT scan at a cost of £25 which allows us to see more of your eye and pick up any issues much sooner. 

Once your test is finished you will usually see one of our dispensing opticians for a further consultation to discuss your eyewear needs, this will take around 30-45 minutes and can be enjoyed over a nice cup of tea or coffee, beer or bubbly.

We handpick our frames from independent designers around the world – from Paris to LA, Madrid to Antwerp. 

Every collection is chosen for its quality, creativity, and individuality, so you’ll find styles here you won’t see everywhere else. If you love eyewear that stands out or stands the test of time, you’re in the right place.

We believe that if you are going to take the time to find the best eye test you should partner that with the latest in lens technologies to make sure you are getting the very best out of your vision. 

We can source lenses from all manufacturers but our main partnership is with Hoya and Tokai, a cutting edge Japanese company who make the thinnest plastic lens in the world. You won't find them everywhere else!

We'll make sure to guide you through all the lens options that are available.

We will always give you options when it comes to frame and lens choices, combined with guidance as to what will work best for you. 

Our glasses start from around £200 and go up to around £1600, depending on what is important to you and what you are looking for. 

In addition, when it comes to choosing how much to invest in your new eyewear, you can also spread the cost over 3 to 11 months at no extra cost and with no forms to fill out. That way, you can get the glasses you want without having to compromise or delay.

Most of our glasses take around 1-2 weeks for the lenses to be made. This is because your lenses are made from scratch just for you, resulting in a better finished product.

If you are ordering a bespoke frame they take between 4-6 weeks to be made. 

Once we have everything ready for you we'll invite you back in to have your new eyewear fully fitted, you just get ready for those compliments when you walk down the street!

Our two stores are open Tuesday to Friday 9am - 5pm and on Saturday 9am - 1pm.  

It's always better to see you in person, however, if you are a little further afield and can't make it to us we can offer you a virtual eyewear styling appointment, just ask by phone or email and the team will run through how it all works.
