Our skilled opticians will professionally refurbish the frames.

They’ll be added to our Pre-Loved Collection, where someone else can find their perfect pair starting from £60.

If a frame isn’t suitable for refurbishment, we’ll donate it to charity so nothing goes to waste.

Every frame in our pre-loved collection is carefully checked, refurbished, and refreshed with new nose pads, end tips and lots of love. You get boutique-level eyewear that’s been given a new lease of life—with the same expert service you'd expect from us.

affordable

Enjoy beautifully designed eyewear at a more affordable price. Whether you’re after a backup pair, a style refresh, or a chance to try something bold—our pre-loved options open up even more ways to love your look.

Terms & conditions

  1. Clients may exchange up to 4 frames per calendar year as part of this project.
  2. A £50 credit per frame will be issued, which can only be used towards the purchase of new glasses.
  3. The credit expires after 6 months from the date of issue and is non-transferable.
  4. Frames must be in good condition - broken or damaged frames will not be accepted.
  5. All frames will be assessed by our dispensing opticians for suitability.
  6. Frames deemed unsuitable for resale will be donated to charity instead of being refurbished.
  7. The pre-loved frames will be available for purchase from £60 upwards, depending on the brand, style, and refurbishment process.
  8. The scheme is subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
  9. The credits cannot be combined with any other offer. 
  10. All pre-loved frames are sold as seen and do not come with any guarantee or warranty.
